With outstanding professionalism and an unstinting commitment to providing service that exceeds even the highest expectations, Amy is the backbone of the Hall and Hall team as personal assistant to director John Richards and co-ordinator of sales department.
Doing all marketing and advertising for the sales properties, helping out at open for inspections, assisting sales staff and often as the first point of contact for visitors to the office, she is friendly, welcoming and always eager to help.
With more than eight years’ experience in property management across the Mornington Peninsula and south-eastern suburbs, balancing the needs of landlords and tenants has made her a true professional in conflict resolution, especially when representing her agency at VCAT hearings.
Now studying for a Certificate IV in property to become a Licensed Real Estate Agent, the proud mother of a two-year-old son, she enjoys spending time with family and friends away from work, going to the beach, teaching her child about the ways of the world and of course looking at real estate – anywhere in Australia!
